Cast: John Abraham, Prachi Desai and Chitrangda Singh
Director: Kapil Sharma
“Hi, this is Ishaan Sabharwal… If it’s good looking, it’s me!” goes the voice message on the charismatic music producer Ishaan Sabharwal’s phone, the character played by hunky John Abraham. From childhood Ishaan believed that he is special. The character of Ishaan is that of a self centered man who has commitment issues and do not want to get committed to a relationship. He lives with his girlfriend Anushka the character of Ishaan’s girlfriend played by Chitrangada Singh . Though Ishaan lives in the apartment of Anushka he never shares the household responsibility or the household expenses. Anushka hopes that Ishaan will get committed to her. But even after living for three years with her when Ishaan finds difficulty in getting committed , credit given to his commitment issue , Anushka throws him out of her house.
Unaffected by this Ishaan without any regrets moves into a apartment where he meets Gauri ,character played by Prachi Desai. They both becomes good friends and soon the pair is shown to be in love with each other. At this same time, Ishaan has lost his job and his mom(character played by Zarina Wahab) comes to Mumbai from Pune to live with his son. This is the time when the movie takes a start to take a sharp turn. Ishaan recieves the news that Anushka is pregnent from his sister(character played by Mini Mathur) at a very emotional moment followed by a tight slap from his mother which brings his brain on the right place . The relization was very quick and every thing gets fixed in the right place at the end.
The movie is quite good and according to me it deserves 2 and 1/2 star out of 5.
Rating: **1/2
